I cannot say enough about Colleen and the help she has provided to my brother through AZCMS. When she began working with him, he was struggling in almost every area of his life, healthwise, financially, and emotionally, and he had very little ability to navigate the systems he needed to get back on his feet. A HUGE shoutout to Lydia Long, who went the extra mile to solve a critical problem with my mother's CPAP machine! She listened patiently, and emailed the correct information before I realized that I wasn't speaking to the CPAP company! Thank you for your support when I was overwhelmed with caregiving. Did not have a great experience training with Rick one of the care manager/ Marketing Director. He was so scattered brain and passive aggressive which is not a good trait to have when you’re managing a team. He would forget his iPad at clients home, would leave behind his cell phone, I had to keep grabbing it for him, he lost his glasses, and he had me drive to drop him off and forgot where his car was parked that was 5 miles away from where he told me to drop him off.
