DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! If I could give a negative number I would. I (tried to) checked in with Andrea at front desk. She said I didn't have a referral and as of May 1st, UHC required referrals for all specialists. I advised I verified w/UHC & I didn't need a referral for followup visits & claim for my 1st visit already approved. She stated 1st visit referral was for the hospital, not this clinic/dr, specifically. Said I had to get another referral for this dr specifically. Fairly efficient. Could use additional staff. It's terribly cold, dress warm. Overall ok but needs some upgrades, a good cleaning and more staff in every department
If this was the last place on earth I would still rather die of cancer than continue with anyone here. Fair warning If you EVER have any concerns.
Don’t bother going to see Dr. Megan Good, it’s more like Dr. NO GOOD, can’t believe I had to pay anything for the 2 min worthless 2nd opinion
