This is Susan Land. 08-25-52 A year ago I made an appointment to see Dr. Chambers for follow up. The date and time were 9-6 230 pm. They called me the day before to confirm. I confirmed. My husband and I paid for a ride from Tubac to Tucson. We no longer drive. We arrived in the AZ CC parking lot at 2pm. At that time, I had a message from AZ CC. It said the appt was cancelled and that Dr. Chambers had left for day. I am upset that we paid a lot of money for the transportation. Both ways equaled more the 2 hours. I... read more
I cannot believe this happened. I paid for a ride from Tubac AZ to see Dr, Chambers for a scheduled appointment. I arrived early. I was told she had left for the day. My appt. was for Friday 9-6-24 @ 230. Explain how you can do this to a patient.
