Went in looking for a used camper for an 05 model truck and left with a new one for same price. They went out of their way to treat me right, even though I was getting a great deal. Free install, clamps, and brand new door lift arms (due to others being weak from sitting on their lot so long),.... all of which the other main dealers in town wanted an extra $250 for this extra service and parts. Good inventory at a range of prices!

We have purchased many RVs from many dealers in the past. When it was determined that our travel trailer was too heavy for our tow vehicle we decided to take look at the Lance trailers because we had heard and read that they make a very well made product. We found that to be true, and purchased a new Lance Model 1985. It certainly was a good decision and we couldn't be happier Kyle certainly was very pleasant to work with, was low keyed and very knowledgeable.

First, before you drop over $10,000, it's probably cheaper to lavishly travel by car and get a hotel upstate for as many times as you will probably RV. I felt that I overpaid on a used one there, so Google the price based on if you wanted to buy the one you are shopping for now. Also, they didn't fix up my used one: bald tires on the inside tires, the water heater was full of calcium and the large leaf spring broke on the suspension.

I bought a 2105 Lance 1685 from Kyle and couldn't be more happy with the trailer or the purchase experience! From the time I visited AZ Campers in Phoenix until the time I took delivery of my trailer was approximately 3 months because I kept dragging my feet with selection, financing and then finally, delivery. Kyle was kind, patience, understanding and accommodating. The end result was a financing arrangement that fit my needs, a trailer that was exactly what I wanted, and a customer experience that made me a customer for l... read more

We have an older snugtop camper shell but still looks new and broke a window while on a camping trip. Apperantely our older snugtop shell has been discontinued but the guys at Az Campers didnt give up on us...Steve over at the parts counter searched high and low until he found a compatible window. It needed to be special ordered but our old campershell now looks good as new again! Steve also informed us that our camper shell repair costs may be covered by our insurance windshield nondeductable coverage...sure enough, after a... read more
