We had a detached garage built in 2017/2018, and it’s 2025 now. Reviews that are created a few years after a construction build are less common than reviews that are done soon after completion, but are potentially more meaningful, and thereby valuable to others. While the majority of the garage is well put together, there were and still are a couple of issues. The main concern is the condition of the floor that exists immediately outside of the garage door. After working with 4 other contractors in the process of remodeling our home, we were so happy to have found Arizona Building Contractors and wish we had found them earlier. They were amazing to work with. Everything was explained, from the permitting process to construction needs to finalizing the project.
