Lacking professionalism. Booked an appointment with a specific service provider who only worked on Thursday thru Saturday. Drove an hour from Gilbert. Only to find out that I was assigned to a nurse. When I asked to see the specific provider, they said they will squeeze me in. Waited in an empty office for more than 30 minutes. I then decided that I’ve had enough and left the office. They need to do better. Treat your patients with some respect and dignity. Don’t look at us as an ATM.
They have always been extremely responsive and helpful! They are extremely knowledgeable as well
