Everyone here is great but I want to single out Mark, Michael Kelly and Santos. I have dealt these guys multiple times and they have always been so great that i wanted to share. Nobody really wants to to go to a doctor or get any lab work done but here with these guys it is probably the best environment I've ever been in, very personable and here to help, even coordinating appointments and information is super simple thanks to Santos. This is a really great team, Definitely top notch.
Ever since the name change/ buyout this place has gone downhill. Ive spent 2 years without ANY issues with he prior company. Now, my second order with PMI gets charged a different rate and no updated tracking info for a week. I call today to find out that they had no intentions of sending. They want me to go in to see a provider, no one was going to call and their earliest was already 2 weeks after my last round of meds.
