Very professional & personable.
I am sharing details of what I observed as I am not receiving treatment here but my mom is. The waiting room is uninviting, the windows are dirty and the seats could be more comfortable for sure. The front desk gals YELLS back to someone in the back room about phone calls, orders and such- very unprofessional. She is friendly and personable enough but the yelling isn't.
