I was experiencing issues with the suspension of my 2012 535i. The pros at AZ Bimmer Werks were able to diagnose the problems and perform the necessary repairs. If you own a BMW you know maintenance isn’t cheap, these are ultimate driving machines. My car now drives like it’s brand new and I’m happy with the repairs and the pricing was fair. This car is ready for the next 125K miles. Thanks guys!
I had an outstanding issue with misfiring etc. exhausted what I thought I could do to my capacity but at the end of the day I had to leave it to the Pros. AZ Beamer works was referred to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. James was very clear about their process. I had to make an appointment and wait my turn. I gave a 5 star because I went from having the worst experience at autohaus of north Scottsdale with horrible communication, keeping my car for weeks and weeks, not getting callbacks when promised, and them breaking stuff. Bimmer works was an excellent experience! James is a good dude and knowledgeable. They got me in in a matter of just a few days and they finished a valve cover replacement same day. James was very straightforward and helpful, did a full inspection on my X3 with fixes that were necessary now, and ones to keep an eye on. Much more reasonably priced than the dealership! I will return when needed
BMW has a problem with the plastic mounts that keep the emergency brake cable in place, this is the second car I’ve had the retainer clip break, allowing the cable to rub on the drive line. The BMW dealership wants nearly $1000 to replace because the gas tank needs to be lowered to do so. I did some online research and found a two piece aluminum replacement that does not require the tank to be dropped.
