I was experiencing issues with the suspension of my 2012 535i. The pros at AZ Bimmer Werks were able to diagnose the problems and perform the necessary repairs. If you own a BMW you know maintenance isn’t cheap, these are ultimate driving machines. My car now drives like it’s brand new and I’m happy with the repairs and the pricing was fair. This car is ready for the next 125K miles. Thanks guys!

James and team are wonderful! They will give you a very honest statement and charge a fair fee. We trust them more than the dealers! We’ve been taking our cars to them for close to a decade now, be it within warranty or outside warranty. We’ve never had any complains or issues. James is very thorough and honest. He’ll tell you what is required and what is not. He’s very accommodating as well. You’ll notice the highest level of integrity in no time and will keep going back to them. We love this place and highly recommend!
Wish I could give 10 stars. Our 128i had been sitting since March. Just got back to Mesa before Halloween and dropped it off after setting up an appointment. Car was throwing a bunch of codes was expecting the worst. A couple of hours labor, couple fuses and a relay later, car is running like a champ!! Love this place!! They've earned my respect, trust and business.
I had a very annoying problem with my BMW involving a retrofit of CarPlay done by another service. Over the course of a couple of weeks of troubleshooting, I worked with both Randy and Nick and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They understood the problem, they helped me with resolving the situation, were knowledgeable and flexible. They didn’t even charge me for services they provided.
