The auto stop feature stopped working on my 2020 Z4. Research indicated it could be the battery. Battery was 5 years old so that made sense. Got a price from the dealer. Yikes! Called AZ Bimmer Werks and the price was about half. Brought the car in. To their credit when they tested the battery it showed ok. Couldn't have asked for better service and communication from Nick over here on my M4. Got me a great price on a big repair (Valve Cover), did it efficiently in 1 day, and even got my car cleaned for me afterwards. I will be back for all other repairs. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend coming here. Randy is so knowledgeable about the auto industry and specifically BMW. He’s open, honest and authentic. Randy is exactly who you want guiding you through car repairs and what to get done/what not to get done based on your needs. My experience was easy, fair and useful.
