Arizona Bimmer did an excellent job or preparing my 750I BMW. They quoted me a repair price and time. They met and did not exceed either. They gave me a comprehensive report as to the condition of my car and advice as to future repairs. The service manager was friendly, helpful and courteous. They even wash the. Vehicle before I picked it up. Great service and great business
These guys serviced my 2011 M3 and were great! Highly recommended for any of your service needs. They also were quite fast at getting the work required done.
Customer service was great, got the car in earlier than expected and returns when promised for price that was quoted. No pressure to perform other services even though somewhere needed. Will definitely be taken the car back if additional services are needed.
Randy was able to get the part my car needed in 2 weeks. I wish I called 4 months ago instead of leaving it at the dealership waiting for them to get the part. AZ Bimmer fixed my problem and gave me a complementary alignment because they felt bad about the service I'd got (or didn't get) elsewhere. I would recommend this place highly, and intend to go back for any future service. Thanks.
First time in for service - it was an excellent! Professional, friendly, thoroughly explained the inspection review and completed oil change. Great prices. I’ll be using them for all future work on 2 BMW’s.
