I’ve mostly been taking my 2015 X3 s28i to the Mesa location. I recently made an appointment at the Scottsdale location to get a second opinion on a valve cover replacement at 98k miles. I pulled in on a busy day for them, but they checked out my car right away (I live in Goodyear). In 20 minutes they were able to tell me I didn’t need any work. This was the first time at Arizona Bimmer Motor Werks. I was impressed by the quick turnaround time and great communication. I only had my AC recharged. Originally they quoted it would be done in the afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text two hours later letting me know the work was done. The company was honest and open about what was needed to repair the issue versus just recharging. I’ll definitely be back again.

I called Bimmer of Scottsdale about a repair for 2016 X3. I spoke to Randy and we discussed the estimate provided by BMW, he said the estimate was actually fair price from the dealership. In addition, I discussed with him that I wanted to sell the car. He provided unbelievable kind, truthful advice. Its so refreshing to deal with a person/ business that is so helpful without a gain or profit. I never write reviews, but this was a must. Randy was so kind. I will be using Bimmer if there in the future without question.

This was my first visit as I’ve previously taken my ‘21 X5 xdrive 40i to the dealership and wanted to give AZ Bimmer a try. The reviews I’ve read online have been excellent. I wanted to get serviced at a quality independent shop and stop paying dealer prices. The shop was very clean and the technician was efficient and professional. Awesome communication! I was very happy with the level of detail and attention to my 2018 BMW 530ei - she’s old, but extremely well cared for and I am very picky about service!!! Randy explained everything and the repair was done same day! My sun shade was even on when I picked her up! Thank you for the excellent care!
