We were having trouble with low water pressure at our place in Casa Grande. When Matthew, the plumber, came out to check our main water line, he discovered there were two shut-off valves. It turned out one of the valves wasn’t working properly, and instead of fixing it, someone had added a second valve. The first valve was only partially open, which was causing the low water pressure. Brendan was fantastic and truly went above and beyond! I called him to take out my old bathtub and put in a new one. What seemed like a simple job turned into a big project because the old tub was heavy cast iron, and the plumbing from before was done all wrong. Brendan and his helper worked really hard to get that tub out—they even had to cut it into pieces and crawl under the house to remove everything.
