Really bad service. They do not answer calls, if they do they are really rude. No answering after 5pm. They do not bring medications, they don't do visits, whichI'msure they bill insurances for. It took over 8 days to get a nurse out here to finally visit our patient. We've worked with them two times, worst two times.

By far, the worst hospice ever. I've worked with many being in funeral field. A doctor has 72 hours from the time death to sign the death certificate, yet Doctor Mohemed El Amin decided that He would take 5 business days to sign it. After the 72 hours, I called Arizona best hospice to get an update. The response I got was that Doctor Mohemed El Amin said He hadn't been notified. I want to thank Arizona Best for all of their help getting my dad placed in a home where I know they cared. Mario was so kind and patient with me during the process. He was always willing to answer my questions (there were many) and take my phone calls no matter the time of day. The kind demeanor of all the staff made such a difference to me.
