Arizona Bartenders arrived before the event, tied in with our event coordinators, setup and were ready to serve on time. We kept checking with them throughout the night and they were totally fine, took care of themselves and bar needs, and left the two bars cleaner then when they arrived. No long lines and guests had nothing but great comments on the service. We are impressed and will have them back next year!
This may be a strange review but read on.. I was working with EJ on a quote for an upcoming event where we needed a bartender. The quote was reasonable and thorough. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our event. But here's the part of the review to pay most attention to -- EJ actually followed up with me to ensure that I got the quote and remembered the date when I said we would be making our decision (and followed up again). Faith is absolutely amazing—professional, personable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure our guests are taken care of. We recently hired Arizona Bartenders for my daughter’s sweet sixteen party, and they were absolutely incredible! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched. We received bids from several bartending companies for our annual gala fundraiser and eventually went with Arizona Bartenders because they were responsive, personable, and happy to share their knowledge (how many bartenders should we have? what drinks are most popular? is one bar enough? what alcohol quantities should we have on hand?)
