My home has no insurance because this company did not pay the policy. If the building burns we get nothing. I am now not complying with my mortgage terms. I have consistently paid my HOA fees. If we try and speak out the office sends out demand threading letters or threaten to generate unfounded fines. We need help!
I am not happy with their services. I live in a community with HOA for the past 15 years. I never experienced like this. Please stay away if you can. Sorry! That’s the reality! 🥲
I have a different perspective from some of the other reviews. My HOA hired this company several years ago, and they’ve consistently done an excellent job. Keep up the fantastic work!
I am on the board of directors for my Scottsdale HOA. We had to find a new management company unexpectedly last year, and went with AZAMG over several other options. Our first impression of Eric was that he is sharp, hard working, and understands the needs of our small (and sometimes problematic) community. This HOA has been a nightmare. My windows cannot close since they updated the outside of the condo, now everyone staying here has persistent respiratory issues due to the constant dust pouring into our condo. Since they choose to not speak to tenants I’m having to prepare documents for legal representation. I wouldn’t recommend their properties to an enemy. They hire contractors that neglect tenant safety as well. Blocking the fire lane is common place. If this is how they work when people can see them I can’t imagine the ot... read more
