Misdiagnosed. Dr. Agapay did not perform a physical exam, instead relied on radiology report. Went to another doctor for second opinion who made correct diagnosis after physical exam.
An ultra sound revealed a mass that needed to be removed. My Primary Care Physician provided a list of surgeons approved by my Insurance Plan. Imagine my delight when I found Dr. Allen Agapay on that list! The exact same surgeon that removed my gall bladder several years before. He's through, kind, attentive and explained the procedure(s) in so much detail that he answered every question before I even asked. I would strongly and confidently recommend him for any General Surgery.
Very Very expensive. $415 for a 10 minute consult. We were in and out under 5 minutes. The doctor seemed indifferent to why we were there. The staff and Doctor (Bokhari) have absolutely no concern to work with lowering their fee - pay it or else... $415 for less than 5 minutes with no answers - as soon as I questioned if the surgery was necessary the doctor was not interested.
