I had an appointment scheduled today at 815am. I received a voicemail this morning after 7a.m. telling me my appointment was changed to a tele health appointment to save gas and call back. I tried calling and could not be directed to the MA that left a voicemail. I called the number that was left on my VM and was told to wait for my phone call. 815am came around and still no phone call. I called the number left again and they told me to wait again. Today was my introduction to Dr. Hu and Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology. I was very, very, impressed. Dr. Hu asked me questions no other Rheumatologist has ever asked. He provided detailed information about the various biologics on the market today and then let me make the decision as to what I thought would work best for me. He was able to accurately decifer my questions and concerns; even when I couldn't articulate them correctly. Dr Hu was very knowledgeable, explained test results and treatment plans, and encouraged and welcomed questions. This was an excellent experience for me as a new patient!
