I almost never write reviews but man this place needs one. I saw Dr. Swarup at the Mesa location and to say she was unpleasant would be an understatement. It was my first time meeting her as a new patient. After I told her assistant everything, the doctor came in and basically told me she doesn't believe I have lupus. I was diagnosed nearly twenty years ago by a team of doctors after much suffering and a year-long investigation at a prestigious university hospital. Well after my initial appointment not sure if I will be returning I have never felt so dismissed by someone in my entire life. Sent here after multiple drs are concerned for autoimmune disease from RA and have just had the worst experience do not recommend. The Dr and PA completely dismissive and told me nothing is wrong with me without even looking at my medical history or ANY blood work. I was able to meet Dr Hermann today who replaced Dr. Bennett from after his retirement. I got a thorough explanation of my Sjogren’s, especially the dry mouth with the salivary glands, which helped me understand my disease more really grateful for that. He suggested that I take my dry mouth medication three times a day and to suggest a timer on my phone to remember to do the midday one. Look forward to this relationship.
