Really disappointing front office staff creating stress and confusion instead of getting patients checked in and out. They couldn't figure out how to get an order from one desk to another within their own team. Now I'm having to reschedule other appointments because they haven't sent my records as requested over a week ago. What a headache
I never made it past the appointment scheduling. It’s Wednesday and I’ve been calling since Monday. I told the lady, who was very rude, my situation, and how dire it is that I see someone immediately, as they cannot help me in the er. Love Dr. Kumar . Would give them a 5 but the office is always super busy !!! Wish I didn't have to wait an hour to see her for 15 mins ,but that's pretty much any good dr. Now !
