I did not appreciate NP Lexis attitude and the way she spoke to me. I don't like passive aggressiveness or being patronized. She disregarded me and dismissed my concerns. I don't feel that is the way patients should be treated. She also lied to me and said that Sonora quest did not provide the type of labs that they do and made me redo the labs that I had already done. They just weren't available yet. I saw Dr. Amin for the first time today. She is fabulous. My entire experience with this office was great!
I never had to wait long at the office for my appointments. The staff are friendly. I had a recommended blood test the same day (in office), and an ultrasound scheduled for the next day. They also scheduled the follow-up right away. Just a heads up if you're a self-pay patient. The amount they ask you to pay at the time of your visit is NOT the actual cost. I did not appreciate NP Lexi's passive aggressiveness. I have been dealing with these issues for probably longer than she has been alive. When a provider speaks to a patient like their symptoms and previously diagnosed autoimmune issues aren't a big deal and like you're a child, it's very frustrating. Everything is a big deal when you literally feel like you're dying everyday! Patients not only want empathy and sympathy, but to be heard and understood.
