This hurts to write this review. Our NP Jennifer is amazing, I want to be clear about that. The billing department is an absolute disgrace. My wife and I both attend this facility and nobody ever seems to know what is going on. They are ok with their patients going without care and required medications. It is dissapointing to watch my wife have to battle with multiple people and deal with the complete lack of knowledge of their own systems, processes and procedures. If I could give no stars, I would. I waited for over an hour and 40 mins before I was even called back to be examined by someone who wasn't even the doctor. Then she rushed through questions and didn't seem to be actually listening to my concerns. When Dr. Nehad Solomon finally came in, he sat right down without examining my hands or wrists once. He gave me the plan he wanted me to take, including starting me on a medication I had high concerns about. There were 3 healthcare professionals in the room and I felt like not one ... read more

Terrible place for care. Disregarded my wife's concerns and did not even examine her hands. Why wouldn't they do this for an intial exam. The lab techs also disregarded her concerns about having small veins and poked her twice with no success. Causing a lot of pain to my wife and then just told her to go to another place for labs. All with an attitude. She called me crying after this horrible experience where they caused her so much pain digging around in her arm with a needle looking for a vein. Dr. Dhar and the staff are very friendly, personable, and seem to care about patients. The office is very clean, I’ve never had to wait more than about three minutes to get in, and the rooms are large and nice. Dr. Dhar especially helped me very much with a significant issue I was having and he wasted no time showing a sense of urgency to help me. I really appreciate his help. I would 100% highly recommend him and the office.
