The front office, medical assistant and my PA are very warm, welcoming and helpful. The facility is very prestine and organized. Short wait time for checkup too. I love that the lab is on the same site but the only downfall is the wait time for having blood work drawn...sooooo long of a wait. Three 🌟 this time.
I don't recommend anyone going to this place. The doctor or practitioner nurse that helped us was useless. I think I could find a better answer to our questions with a simple Google search. She didn't provide any real solutions and basically, we went there for nothing. Then they sent us a bill for over $100 and when we called to ask them the reason why, the admin was rude and laugh at us when we asked why they used a code to charge the insurance for a 30-minute consultation when we actually were there for less than 10 minute... read more
El personal tarda en contestar las llamadas telefonicas. Y cuando logras comunicarte no son nada amables.
This business created its own rules that do not align with my insurance policy, which they accept, and refused to schedule me an appointment after a year of complications. I wonder how legal that was. I should probably ask a lawyer.
