I CALLED JOHN SMEDSTAD AND GOT A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE. SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT OVER THE PHONE AND THEY CAME OUT ON THE APPOINTED DAY AND THEY WERE 15 MINUTES EARLY. HE AND HIS SON CAME IN AND INSPECTED THE DUCTS AND SET UP FOR WORK. THEY WERE THOROUGH AND VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 2 HRS AND THEY WERE DONE ON TIME. WE ALSO HAD THEM DO OUR DRYER VENT AND BOY THEY REALLY CLEANED A BUNCH OF WET LINT OUT OF OUR DUCT. MY DRYER NOW DOES IT'S JOB IN HALF THE TIME IT DID BEFORE. THIS WAS THE BEST M... read more
