I recently had a hernia repair surgery that was pretty major with Dr. Kumar in the Scottsdale office and I have to tell you in my almost 51 years of life. She was the best doctor and the best surgeon I have ever come across in my life in all the states that I’ve lived in very courteous, always helpful. So this place was very clean and i was welcomed by name as soon as i walked in the door. My nurse was super nice and spent plenty of time going over my paperwork and answering questions. The anesthesiologist came in and went over a few things a little quicker bc she had laryngitis and was coughing. She was kind enough to wear a mask. The doctor came in cracking jokes and got some back which lightened the mood a bit bc i dont like having surgery and was quite nervous. These people should be shut down. My insurance paid them over $300 for a consultation. They were supposed to call me with results on a test...they were also supposed to send me a referral for something else...that was LAST October. Have not heard a peep. Had to go to another doctor. They want another $47 copay...I find myself asking, for what...see you in #3!! Before I pay a dime.
