The staff at reception was helpful and courteous. The MRI technician, Breanna, was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions. Her calm and reassuring attitude made a big difference in helping me feel at ease. She explained everything I could expect during the procedure and provided earplugs for the noise, which I appreciated.
