Great experience, the ladies were so nice even after the CRAZY morning they had ! Melissa was so sweet and kind and helped with everything. Rosie is the manager and she handles stress really well, Deanna did my MRI and she was pretty funny and so sweet. She told me how loud and bring the MRI was and she was right. ! Recommend 10/10.
Thank you! Melissa & Rosie were wonderful & very professional, they also helped keep my little one happy while my oldest daughter had her MRI. Shafi was very professional, he made sure to keep my daughter informed during the scan, he also helped me understand what the were scanning & the process. He made sure my daughter was comfortable with 2 blankets because it's so cold in the MRI & covered her eyes to help with anxiety. Great experience!!
The staff was incredibly kind to me and my daughter. I had an emergency and had to bring her with me to my appointment. She waited in the lobby while I got my MRI, and I want to give a special thank you to Rosie, Melisa, and Shando at the front desk who took such great care of her. They even spoiled her with snacks! It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was safe and happy. Thank you so much!
I had a really good experience Very friend staff. Vanessa, Rosie and Melissa helped me and greated me as I walked in. They made everything feel easy and fast. Shafi Was excellent too he made me feel comfortable and explained to me how the imaging was going to go. Overall very satisified with my experience at Arizona Advanced Imaging.
The front staff Melissa and Rosie were great quick easy and really helpful. Shafi the tech was extremely efficient and Professional. I almost feel asleep during the MRI Thank you
