⭐ Very Disappointing Experience I had an endoscopy today in Gilbert, and honestly, my experience with Michelle and another employee named Betty was extremely upsetting. All week, I received repeated phone calls asking me to change my appointment date and time. I tried to accommodate them, changed my schedule more than once, and did my best to work with them. The doctor is great. The facility & schedulers gave me 6 different conflicting polices that made it unable to complete my appointment. The owner office manager has an unprofessional demeanor. Unpleasant/argumentative .
If you are reading this review you must know that Arizona Advanced Endoscopy will NEVER call you back. You need to believe the reviews about how horrible this place is. I have been trying and trying to get ahold of this place. I even sent them a certified letter and they rejected delivery! I have attached a photo as proof. Really bad billing practices and ZERO customer service.

I have had 3 colonoscopies and this one was far and away the best. It seemed to go very smoothly. The staff there was exceptional. Dr. Das is great. It was worth the drive from Casa Grande.
