I CANNOT RECOMMEND Ariva Homes. They are unprofessional in every way. I have recipets , contact information, pictures, recorded videos of interactions, etc. They have dragged their feet the entire time. The owners have been involved in a the non stop email change back and forth and know what has been going on. They say things will be fixed- they are not.
