Just moved in and everything has gone smoothly so far. The apartment was clean and ready on arrival, and the manager Astrid was helpful and very knowledgeable through out the whole process. Its been a great start and I’m looking forward to living here.
If there's one thing Vive Collection is excellent at is maintenance! I had problems with my sink and had to call maintenance at 10 p.m., and Oscar literally came asap. I've lived in plenty of other apartment complexes, and this is literally unheard of! Shout out again to Oscar from the maintenance team - you saved my kitchen!
Edit as of August 2025: **Future residents should be aware of the serious delays and lack of accountability when it comes to move-out refunds. I moved out of Ariva on July, 2025 after living there for almost 6 years (since Nov 2019). I was owed a refund (received a statement) and the property emailed me I would receive an email regarding the refund within 5 business days to collect it. That email never arrived. Think twice before moving in. Living at Ariva (same management as Vive Luxe) has been a frustrating experience. When we moved in, many parts of the unit were non-functional — the entire kitchen island had no power, multiple bathroom outlets didn’t work, and most wall switches weren’t connected to anything. Working with Claudia in Resident Services has been truly amazing. She’s always very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I have. In the past I’ve had to deal with other people and none of them compares to the outstanding effort she provides. The apartment complex its self has some ups and down. I hope she stays there to continue making things run smoothly.
