Incompetent staff/management I'm in complete disbelief with everything that has happened during my application process. My girlfriend, her dad, and myself turned in our applications for 15-101 05/27 and were told by Stacy it would take 48-72 hours for approval, 05/28 we called and spoke to Stacy and she informed us we were approved with conditions and that she couldn't discuss the conditions till she spoke to her manager then she asked us to ask my girlfriends dad to write a letter stating he doesn't rent or own where he is ... read more
New Management is poor :( I have lived here for a couple years now & loved it... that was until the new management. When the management switched over everyone got letters sent to their door saying that they're resident focused & they're going to renovate the apartments, neither of which are true. First off, they aren't resident focused at all, they rarely respond to emails & when they do they are not helpful. On top of that they rarely pick up the phone. Was fantastic till new management I've lived here for a couple of years now and had very few complaints. Everything was tended to in a timely manner but ever since it switched from Palms at World Gateway that has no longer been the case. Before, it really felt like a community. The office staff went out of their way for us and had events and food trucks and freebies that were great. Between them and the grade A maintenance team, it justified the prices. Welcome home! Absolutely love living here! Great location, great service. Keep property relatively clean (with exception of duck families living by the pond and on weekends when the office/property management is closed). Love the gym, apartment we moved into was very very clean. Great dog park and community, love that I can pick up packages and the office and use the office printer when I need to cause we don't have a printer.
Home Sweet Home The ARIUM Palms is a great place to call home! The entire staff and maintance always greets you with a smile and they quickly respond to any issues. The grounds and facilities are always kept clean, the gym is kept open 24/7, the pool area is hardly ever crowded and there is plenty of parking. This community is a very peaceful and safe place to live and I'm always recommend it to others.
Bad place and dirty This place is the worst place ever. I paid 2 and half months after my lease was over so they can rent it but nothing at all. I know they keep renting the other places not mine bc mine is already paid for . They don't care about residents . This place is dirty also as they don't pressure wash it for more than a year . People at the pool till 1 in the morning and no security at all
