Horrible experience upon trying to end my lease. I had filled out paperwork for a 60 day notice which I had to rescind. I was assured by their representative Ryan that I did not need to refill out paperwork. This past Saturday morning I had a woman come to my apartment stating she was moving in my specific apartment a month before my lease was up! The worst experienced ever. I got my welcome letter, when I came in to get the key. I was told the apartment was not available. I have to wait for thirty days to get a refund.
We had a horrible experience ending our lease also. When I got word of my husband's deployment with the Marines I notified Arium right away that I would be joining him thirty days before our lease ended. They charged us a $800 "fee" even though they knew for several months we were leaving just before Christmas and the circumstances. These people are heartless - There was never decent hot water and constant problems with roaches. Stay Away!!!!
