I was told I could not move in on time because my kitchen appliances were being swapped out with new ones. Therefore, I could not see my apartment before moving in... Yesterday a group of about 7 of my friends and I went to our friends pool house (which also works there by the way) she knows the protocol and procedures we are suppose to Abide by and we understood them as well. I just moved out after paying the last of the rent that was due and I reported while I was there, damages of the appliances. They never did anything about it but put a bandaid over the problem with the fridge and now I guess they expect me to pay for a new one? But I have to pay for extra rent that I’ve already paid for and appliance damage that I constantly called to get fixed.
