As a soon to be a “new renter”, again, I took my tour with Kim. She is very friendly & knowledgeable but she made me feel really guilty at the fact that I’m even looking at apartments 4 months before I’m looking to move. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The manager of this property has no business running an apartment community. He is rude and condescending and has no idea how to talk to people. The community itself is run down and has a ton of problems that go unresolved. I would advise anyone looking in this area to look elsewhere. Sidewalks are covered in mold and moss, buildings aren’t all numbered, landscaping is subpar at best and it’s impossible to reach anyone in the office by phone. We lived there for a year and a half while our house was being built. We just moved to our house in July. I can’t say enough about the staff and crew that work there. Miss Kim in the office is a gem! and Mr. Marquez White was never too busy for an update on our construction timeline. Thank you so much for all of your help to make our move so easy! Office staff, specially Mrs. Kim Bell, was amazing! She took time to show me around the community and the model apartment and it was very helpful! As well as she made all the process of the paperwork properly done. It was a warm welcome and I loved everything about Trails at Bartram Park!
