Unprofessional staff. I left work early to come tour the apartments with a confirmed appointment. Upon arrival, the staff says that they don’t do appointments at those times and they meant to call but forgot. Then proceeded to tell me that I can complete a virtual tour of the apartments. When I get in my car stunned, I watch the staff leave for the day 30 minutes before they are scheduled to close. Extremely unprofessional, which is unfortunate because I was really looking forward to touring their facilities.
I love this place!!! The new management is awesome and so helpful and friendly!!! So glad the old management team is gone. I have decided to renew my lease. I love it here.
I was looking at apartments and saw Trails at Bartram Park last week and couldn't see online. I was not disappointed. I went in for a tour, Alberto and Mary were so welcoming. I saw a 1 and 2 bedroom. They were really spacious rooms. I will happily be applying soon.
This place is annoying and weird. I’ve been to the community several times trying to meet with someone and set up a tour but there’s no one there, ever. When you call any of the numbers, it’s always an AI bot who doesn’t help you with anything and then hangs up on you. Even when contacting the community via their own contact form on the website, I received o response. Nothing says “luxury living” quite like steadily increasing rent while the gates never work, the fountains are permanently broken, and trash decorates the breezeways like seasonal landscaping. At one point, they even left a refrigerator sitting in the breezeway for several days — really added to the ambiance. The leasing office also operates on what appears to be a witness protection schedule because nobody is ever there, nobody answers the phone, and nobody returns calls.
