I had an appointment for cleaning and examination. Due to some urgent matters, I couldn't arrive on time. I called the office and informed them that I cannot make it on time, and they said it is ok. So I went there, and once I arrived, they asked me to sit on the unit without warning me that this may be of no use and cost me a visit.
