Literally just got kicked out of the nyc store for not wearing a mask although the mandate was dropped a few days ago!!! Messaged customer service and even they admitted the store employee was wrong!! But haha no compensation or apology for the behavior of the employees! Guys if that happens to you in any nyc store just walk by and ignore the staff. They are ignorant or untrained. Or just shop in a store with friendly employees!!!! You lost a customer forever!!!
