Everyone is incredibly sweet and very helpful. My new favorite place! Definitely the best place!!
No customer service. Didn’t bother to ask if I needed help because I don’t look Asian enough but I’m Asian though. I can tell they are racist. If you don’t look Korean don’t bother to go there or else you don’t get served, just go to Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus or Sephora. Btw, Aritaum is inside Kukje Supermarket. I’ve been to this market about 3 times. During my time there, I would go by Aritaum cosmetic. I never see customers there. What is that tell you? It’s must be their horrible customer service!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
