I'll happily change this if we're able to actually get an appointment to go through. Signed up for an appointment, confirmed it, only for them to no-show while we send out emails and calls to no avail. Communicate with patients please Mental health is serious shit and is difficult enough as is.
Uninformed, unprofessional, unresponsive staff. They may have great therapists, but very difficult to access. Don't waste your time.
Over the past year and half I’d seen Brittney and she’d been amazing. I was skeptical at first but she really took the time with me and helped to get to a better place mentally. Beyond grateful for my experience!
