Greetings - I am in the pre-stages of having a medical procedure done and needed to be in contact with Aristotle Psychological to set everything up following an evaluation but - there was a very unusual discrepancy with my insurance company and this put me in touch with a really nice person named Ethan. Been calling this place to schedule an appointment and no one seems to like to answer the phone. Only way you can get an appointment here is by walking in. i’ve called 3 times and no answer. just a very looooong waiting period.
I'll happily change this if we're able to actually get an appointment to go through. Signed up for an appointment, confirmed it, only for them to no-show while we send out emails and calls to no avail. Communicate with patients please Mental health is serious shit and is difficult enough as is.
Uninformed, unprofessional, unresponsive staff. They may have great therapists, but very difficult to access. Don't waste your time.
