Non professional manager and supervisor. I am a patient a long time, have a change in ins coverage, they don’t inform me nor return my calls.
I was for years client in this place and i had the best experience from everybody working there.The staff was helpful cooperative and always tried to accommodate amd find the best solution for me.
My therapist was telling me about other clients' business. If she's telling me their business, think about what's going to happen when you tell her yours. I also had an appointment at 12 and they saw me at 1. To make matters worse, imagine my surprise when the lady who saw me was talking outside the entrance with her friends right before I came in at 12. What a joke.
Place is full of it. Simple as that. Got cancelled on twice back to back
If you want the run around with these people don’t even attempt. Got cancelled twice. They not serious.
