Kristen the manager has been great to deal with. Ariston Place is a very nice place to live.
I am proud to be a part of this community. It really feels like home. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful. Convenient to so many places to shop and eat.
We moved here one week before Thanksgiving of last year.A hectic time of year.The management was very helpful.We have had a couple minor maintenance issues and the maintenance personnel was right on it.My wife & I love it here and feel quite secure here. We would recommend it to anyone.
We have been here almost 9 mo.So far we LOVE it here.We are Seniors.We feel quite safe here.We enjoy our patio,weather permitting.I enjoy decorating it for each season.It is quiet here.Management has been friendly & helpful.Had a couple maintenance issues and they promptly took care of it. As we downsized from a house ,we find our apartment to be very spacious, so we don't feel cramped. I have recommended it to a family member who has already moved in as well.All in all a good experience!
We are new to the area and Kristen and her staff have been amazing. She always answers our questions and we never feel like we are bothering her. The location is accommodating to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. It’s very quiet and all the neighbors are respectful and friendly. The pickle ball court is a plus, we are enjoying this amenity. The apartment is clean and spacious.
