I was shopping for GLC 300 and working with Jeff Zimmerman. He had great knowledge about the car, very friend and helpful. I ended up buying the car at another dealer because the color and availability but I enjoyed working with Aristocrat and Jeff.
Bait and switch. Spend your money elsewhere. Classic sleezy auto dealer playing all of the old games.
Great experience. Fair price on my car. The same price based on my research. They also gave me the price I wanted on my trade in. They recommended add-ons without pressure and answered all of my questions so that I could make an informed decision. We were also dealing with a car sick kid. They were patient and understanding while we took care of the little one.
I'm changing my review from 3 to 5 stars. While my appointment may have been cancelled in an untimely manner, the representatives I worked with for servicing my car did an excellent job ensuring my car was returned to me in tip-top shape.
