It took me moving to Texas and having to experience the Mercedes dealership within my area for me to truly appreciate Mercedes in Merriam. I am grateful for Travis, he’s always given me straight shot answers and been easy to work with. Dealing with the location in Texas has unfortunately made me sell my Mercedes. Unfortunately, my car broke down in Kansas City so this was the closest dealership I could get my car towed at no cost to me. Please AVOID any and ALL aristocrat dealers at ALL COST. When you try to call, you’re put thru an answering service to transfer you to a desired department. When you’re transferred NO ONE in that department will answer the phone so then you’re put back thru the answering system and transferred over and over again. I love the top notch service you get, If you're buying or having car repairs done, you can relax. I'm buying my third Mercedes from them, wouldn't have it any other way! It's a whole experience.
Service department charged $750 for a complete misdiagnosis. I had to have the vehicle towed to another shop that got it running which had nothing to do with their evaluation. I kindly asked the dealership for a partial refund, not full amount, due to their misdiagnoses and they have completely ghosted me. Their shop will charge you an arm and a leg and not have the common courtesy to accept fault or even acknowledge your existence.
