Top notch service from beginning to end. I was even impressed with the AI Anne Ingram, lol. But seriously, James S. our sales consultant was very responsive and helpful and Lorri W. in finance managed the whole buying/finance process impeccably. Super nice showroom also. Jeff Zimmerman made the order experience easy. He was very informative about the process including what to expect upon delivery. Jeff was very attentive to my wife and I during the build process, updating us to progress being made. Picking up the vehicle after it arrived to the dealership was a great experience. Jeff was patient and hospitable to use as we reviewed the features and inspection of the vehicle. Thank you Jeff for treating us so well. Aristocrat Mercedes new facility is beautiful and well laid out. Very classy
VERY VERY HORRIBLE customer service ever, I’ve been trying to get to sales manager Lori and holy cow doesn’t she takes long time to get to the customer needs. She doesn’t respond to her calls or voicemail. First and last time doing business with this dealership. All their team members in sales are very rude and arrogant.
Brad and the team were great to work with! Patience and not pushy. Just giving the facts.
