Shauna was friendly, helpful and quick with responses to inquiries. She made my final decision easy and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my choice. Aristocrat has flooring for every budget and the quality is superb. Make them your first stop on your flooring quest because you will not need to go elsewhere.
We worked with Ryan Fowler and from start to finish he was first-class to work with. Helping narrow down material selection and then also stopping by numerous times during install to make everything was going to plan. Aaron was our installer and did a phenomenal job with our old and unlevel walls. He was a pleasure to have in the house as well.
I originally worked with Ryan at Aristocrat to redo the flooring in my basement—but we ended up doing the entire house! I highly recommend Aristocrat Floors! We have used them for two different renovations now (our front entry and our main floor bathroom). Their store has the best selection of tiles I’ve seen anywhere and everything is very nicely laid out.
