My granddaughter loves her Diamond Huggie Sleepers that we bought for her 21st birthday. They are gorgeous! The fine detail goes all the way through from the packaging to the earrings. So beautiful, her sister and cousins are patiently waiting for theirs! A big thank you to the Aristides team for helping me start a family tradition.
Love the quality of the jewellery from Aristides Fine Jewels! They are unique pieces for every price point. I have bought quite a few of their Grace Heart Bracelets ($65) as gifts and stunning diamond earrings for my goddaughter. Claire at Aristides is fabulous and lovely to deal with!
Very slow production and non-existent customer service. The timeline you're given for production ETA is meaningless and they're impossible to get hold of. 7 weeks later, still no bracelet and my last 2 attempts at communicating with them have gone unanswered.
I bought 3 rings from this crowd online (in the one go) and not long after, the 9k rose gold turned to what looks like copper. I don’t wear them and can’t sell them given the discolouration. I contacted the store for service, got someone called Sam who said she would look into a price for me to melt them down and re-make them in 14k or 18k gold and then never heard back. I chased a few times and got so busy, I gave up. Every time I look at the rings; I am devastated. I can’t believe these guys are still in business.
Refuse to go to any other jeweller. She’s done all my wedding jewellery and the quality is flawless. Cannot recommend them enough!
