Food was cold when served, jost had a medical 911 and had to leave which is ok and understandable however venue did not send a replacement nor had backup. We had to use our own backup. There waz barely enough dinner, salad and croutons were soggy. The hors de vours provided from outside vendor was fabulous but they were stingy on loaning us a sterno and a family heirloom came plate went missing. Overpriced and under delivered. The decorations in photos were all ours, including the drapes
Our wedding went perfectly from start to finish. Yes, I booked it 1 1/2 years in advance so I had plenty of time to plan, but Kait B. was there every step of the way to help answer my questions and guide me to my dream wedding. I am so happy with how the night went! Kait was present and available and went above and beyond to make sure myself, my bridal party, and my guests were all comfortable and having a great time. I got married at Aristide in Flower Mound on 2/20/26. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately, the staff did not meet the expectations my husband and I had for what we paid. We chose the vendor package, which included the in-house photographer, and DJ among other things. While the convenience was appealing, several issues occurred throughout the day.
