Star was amazing for my entire stay. We started off on the wrong foot but we both talked it out and after that she was my favorite staff. She's real, honest, fair, and tries her best to hear the residents. While it took the executive director and clinical director 3 weeks to sit down with me for 10 minutes, anything I told star I had a problem with, she took the initiative to get to the bottom of it with a sense of urgency. My overall experience was excellent little bit of miscommunication and some inconsistency as far as the rules went but overall it was a wonderful experience!
