I can't say enough good things about Georgia and her team. They handled the rental of my investment property. Despite the relatively small compensation, I got premier service from professional photos, personal showings, credit and background checks, etc. The property rented in 1 day! Since we will be out of town on the turnover date, they even agreed to do the final inspection and provide keys to the new tenants. I highly recommend Arista Realty!
Arista Realty Group really went out of their way to help out during the sale of my Aunt's home. Georgia personally took it upon herself to help out with a few hiccups along the way.
