Ended up doing a self guided tour. It was pretty confusing, as there weren’t instruction on whether or not we had to check in. It just seemed like we could walk on in so we did just that. We couldn’t access the gym, only the 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Apartment was your basic “luxury” standard look, nothing special. A great place to live! The great staff! Only one issue has to be solved. Parcels aren't arrived here. In 5 months i've lived here I've had 4 packages send from stores that haven't arrived with no access/other like this status.
Hailey was so helpful and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves what she does.
I just recently moved to Arista at Ocotillo, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. My move-in was super seamless — everything was organized, and anytime I had a question, the team was quick to respond and really helpful.
