I have used this company on several occasions. Each time my garage door malfunctioned, it was inoperable and I needed a rapid response to secure my property inside. It always did so on a Saturday night. When I called them at night, each time they responded immediately and secured the door. My garage door ultimately broke due to being improperly installed by another company on a late Saturday night rendering it unable to close.
