I inquired about services for a relative with Devon (sp?) at the DFW office, and the facility only accepts outpatient. Needing an inpatient program, she spent at least 30 minutes reaching out to her area reps to get some recommendations, including contact information at one facility. Amazing customer service and care was give to me in spite of not being a “fit” for the services at Arise. Kudos to Devon, she truly is a professional.

I attended the ARC PHP program thinking it would be a positive step forward, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. At first glance, the facility seems clean and professional, but that impression fades quickly once you see how things are actually run. It’s a pretty well maintained office, other than that had a very rude therapist, also they told me the morning class doesn’t start until 9:00am, but in reality it starts at 9:30, and there’s a 30 minute break, so a third of the morning classes you are doing nothing. I spent 3 weeks there then they kicked me out because of my religion and they turned around and charged my insurance company over 5 figures! Very disappo... read more

I wouldn’t recommend ARC PHP to anyone. The staff were often rude and dismissive, showing little respect for patients. I was treated differently because of my religion, which was extremely hurtful. Instead of offering real support, they made me feel judged and unwelcome. This place does not treat people with dignity or compassion. If you’re serious about getting help, look for a program where the staff actually care about your recovery — this isn’t it.
