I attended the ARC PHP program thinking it would be a positive step forward, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. At first glance, the facility seems clean and professional, but that impression fades quickly once you see how things are actually run. I wouldn’t recommend ARC PHP to anyone. The staff were often rude and dismissive, showing little respect for patients. I was treated differently because of my religion, which was extremely hurtful. Instead of offering real support, they made me feel judged and unwelcome. This place does not treat people with dignity or compassion. If you’re serious about getting help, look for a program where the staff actually care about your recovery — this isn’t it.
