I had a very similar experience to the other one star reviews here. I am autistic and very much struggle with directions. I have severe OCD which is the reason I needed to be seen, and I was struggling with it all morning. I arrived 7 minutes late as I overshot the parking lot and with early morning traffic it took me a few to get back to it. As I was walking in I called to let them know that I saw I was reaching the 10 minute mark and I was headed up the stairs but no one answered the phone. By the time I got up the stairs ... read more

Arise Psychiatry and FNP Kathreena Wilson essentially refused to assist in helping me complete a simple California State Disability application from EDD. The office doesn’t not have a provider portal with EDD and I knew that. The office happily assists with FMLA issues and even sent me my clinicals when requested but for some reason, the office refused to sign the application the state requires to complete the filing process. you can tell the psychiatric nurse practitioners (aka PMHNP’s) don’t really know what they’re doing. im sure the doctors/psychiatrists do a great job tho. misdiagnosed with depression w/ comorbid anxiety when I had PTSD. not great if you want a good clinician-patient relationship or comprehensive treatment. yes this is an alt account

Had a telehealth appointment today for 12:30, I was logged into the zoom call and placed in the waiting room at 12:28 pm. By 12:41 pm, provider had not signed on. I called their office, closed for lunch, was connected with their main office and was told someone would get in touch with me. Logged back onto the zoom, still in the waiting room. I called their office back at 1:30 to very rudely be told that my call was disconnected because “the provider was never notified that you logged into the call” which was not true. I was ... read more

My daughter is nonverbal Autistic with Intellectual Disability. She’s become extremely aggressive, combative and her self harming has escalated. At the suggestion of her pediatrician, I sought out this office for mood stabilizers. Our appointment was at 8:20. We arrived late. I called as we were walking into Willow Plaza to confirm the suite number, time stamp 8:32 and was told the provider marked her as a no show. We were late because my daughter drops to the ground and refuses to walk which is part of the defiant behaviors... read more
