I went in for a McGill assessment for my lower back pain. Dr. Masucci was able to find my pain triggers which I was not able to find on my own after reading The Back Mechanic book. Dr. Masucci reviewed my MRI and was able to identify the movements I should avoid and the exercises I should do to strengthen my back stability.
