I am so grateful for Arise Healing Centers! If I could give 10 stars I would. My counselor Alexandra has helped me manage my life and balance my emotions so well. Not only do you have a listening ear, but you also have tools to take with you out of sessions! I feel like I am finally living and not just surviving and I am so grateful!

Christy Stewart is an excellent therapist. She is attentive, a good listener, and focused on goal oriented therapy. She didn’t tell me what to do or how to feel, but rather guided me to find my own answers to help me through a tough time in my life. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking emotional help!

I was set up with Christy for counseling and what a perfect match. Christy is empathetic, knowledgeable of the issues I presented with and so very helpful. I came to her at a time when I was falling apart & I can honestly say she helped me pick up the pieces and showed me how to put myself back together. I move forward now with the many tools she gave me. Highly recommend Arise Healing Center. They will listen, then match you with a person that fits your need.
