Arise did a great job at my property. They paid attention to every detail and though it took longer than expected they did a great job so we did not mind the bit longer time frame.
Victor is a scammer from the feet up. He burned us and the contractors he hire for over $100,000. DO NOT TRUST THE 31 YEAR OLD KID WHO WAS A HOME INSPECTOR FOR 2 YEARS - THEN CLAIMED HE WAS AN EXPERT AT HIGH END REMODELING! BE VERY CAREFUL WITH VICTOR LUVIANO!!!!

We had a terrible experience with Victor, who manages Arise Construction & Remodels, during our home remodel. We hired him to perform roofing work and build a new deck and paid a deposit upfront. Unfortunately, once the deposit was collected, everything went downhill. Scheduling became extremely lackluster and unreliable, with long gaps in communication and repeated delays.
