It is unfortunate that I have to post a negative review. I wouldn't even give this business one star. I want to caution subcontractors and homeowners of hiring or doing a project with Victor and Arise Constructions and Remodels. I was hired as a subcontractor for a specific project after submitting a bid. As I was attempting to finish that specific project I was approached by Victor demanding I clean up after work that was done previous not by me. We had a great experience with Nickolie and Victor from Arise Construction. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and even met with us on a Sunday to share their expert advice. Although they’re booked out and couldn’t take on our project, they still offered input and support along the way. Their professionalism and generosity truly stand out. Highly recommend them for any home remodel!
Victor and his team have assisted us with a few investment properties, including full renovations of single-family homes and ground-up multi-family properties. Nickolie and Kristin have been invaluable during these projects as well. We look forward to the next project with Arise.
Victor Luviano is awesome & does a great job, we recently finished our basement remodel with him & are super satisfied with the quality of work! He is definitely my go to contractor!
Best Remodeling & Construction company out there! Not only is Victor super receptive & manages his projects very well all of his subcontractor were super friendly and caring towards our project, this tells me victor takes Great care of his staff & employees!
