I have alot to say about this place. Iam hurt and overwhelmed how they treated my son and me. My son started at this place when he was 3. He was processing over time and everything was going good. When he started school that's when things gone down hill. They started losing therapist and so that they put my son on the back burner. They kept trying to push him out. I felt like as a mother that he wasn't ready. So we started doing at home therapy. It started ok and then the therapist quit. So my son was left behind. He started... read more
Always kind, great with my son and daughter who both attend the Sanford location...always get a detailed report on the days activities and what goals were set and met. Pick up has never been an issue for me and seems trivial to complain about.
My daughter just started here in August and she loves it❣️ Everyone has been great with her and she’s learning sooo much! Big accomplishments with everything:)) They are Amazing!!! **Also, working with her schedule & other therapy schedules … perfect👌.)
My daughter enjoys coming here. However, the end of the day pick-up is completely unorganized. They ask you to be there 15 minutes before pickup time, which for most kids seems to be 4:45. All this does is lead to 7 kids + 7 therapists + 7 parents trying to pick up their children all crammed in the 12ft x 12ft lobby area. This makes it difficult for exit as well, because then you have to navigate through the crowd.
