When I had surgery, 1.5 years ago, upon check in I paid my estimated remaining Max Out of Pocket amount. Arise assured me, if I overpaid based upon the order of claims processed they would process a refund. Well, if they say the same thing to you - don’t believe it. Not only am I owed a refund, Arise began sending invoices to me indicating I owed A LOT more. Interestingly enough, the amount fluctuated - sometimes it was $3k, sometimes $5k, and sometimes $6k.
