I wasn't reminded of the appointment despite the paperwork assuring as such, and they did not pick up the phone at any time during a Friday at 10:00 am, when I tried to reschedule. Especially when their opening hrs are 8am to 5pm.
Had 2 appointments scheduled. I arrived both times and was told they had to reschedule. They apparently couldn't call me before hand not professional at all.
