I honestly wish I could give them a zero rating, but I'll give them credit for keeping the grounds relatively decent. Rent here is ridiculously high for the area and for the fact that they have done absolutely no upgrades to the units. They still have cheap, ugly 80's Formica countertops and cabinets. The unit I moved into had rust in the bathroom sink and I later found out that my neighbor had the same issue in her sink.
