Arios has lost a ton of customers today. My family and I have been ordering from here a ton over the 2 years that we have been living in Niskayuna and never had any issues before. Tonight was a different story though. I order a cheese pizza with light sauce and extra cheese. This pizza barely had any cheese on it and it wasn't even hot. It was warm at best. Always the best! I actually go there for my "cheat day" Friday from my diet. The pizza is awesome and garlic knots are bomb diggity! Clean and affordable too!
Repulsive service. Ordered a cheese pie and wings, they gave my order to the guy in front of me on accident. They went out to the parking lot to get it back from him, and I heard him tell them he started eating the wings. So they tried to give me the wings he ate out of, and I had to tell them I want new ones. They rang me up for 20 instead of 10, refunded the difference and said they’ll give me 20 anyway because of the inconvenience...but then still gave me the wings the other guy ate out of (there was only 8 in the box).
