AVOID this place by all means. My child was served and ate RAW CHICKEN LITERALLY RAW IN THE CENTER. And now our next 6 days of our vacation is RUINED BECAUSE WE HAVE TO DEAL with a sick child and the worry of possible salmonella or similar occurring during our vacation. Management has still has yet to contact us back after the evening of 8/23 to check on the status of my son’s health and provide us their “investigation reports” and it’s been 10 days. Absolutely loved our experience at Ario! The food was excellent, the service was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere was beautiful and elegant. Everything felt special from beginning to end. Definitely a place we would come back to!
We had an amazing experience. Strip Steak and SeaBass were incredible. The key lime desert was unique and I highly recommend it. I just wish they had more variety on vegetables and better dressing for salads. Our server Susan made our evening fantastic! When I come back to the JW, I would go to here again!
We visited Ario this Saturday while staying at the hotel, and we made a reservation for dinner. It was honestly a wonderful experience from start to finish! The servers and the entire staff were very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The restaurant has a beautiful and pleasant atmosphere, making it a great place for dinner. The food was delicious, with great flavor and beautiful presentation. Everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back.
